Congratulations, you've decided to focus on your health! But let's be real, getting healthy can be a real drag. Don't worry, though – with these helpful tips, you'll be feeling like a million bucks in no time.
Don't bother with exercise. Sure, working out is great for your body, but who has time for that? Instead, just walk around with a water bottle all day. People will assume you're going to the gym, and you'll look super healthy.
Eat whatever you want. Don't bother with salads and vegetables – they taste like dirt. Instead, just eat whatever makes you happy. Ice cream for breakfast? Sure, why not! Your body will thank you for all the joy you're bringing it.
